The Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan is a high deductible health
plan that waives your deductible for preventive care. After choosing
an ODS HSA Plan, you will need to sign up for a Health Savings
Account. ODS can help you begin this process by giving you referrals
to organizations that offer these accounts.
When you join ODS, you get health plans enhanced by a wide
variety of helpful value added services. Medical members have access
to:
- myODS, a personalized website allowing you to
manage your own plan.
- Registered Nurse Advice Line, a toll free
number providing access to a nurse's advice 24 hours a day.
- eDocAmerica a secure account for emailing
health questions and concerns directly to a physician.
- Healthwise Knowledgebase™, the vast health
knowledgebase that lets you conduct your own research.
- EyeMed Vision Discount Program, a vision care
discount program providing access to both private practice eye
care professionals and some of the nation's leading optical
retailers.
In addition to these tools, you'll discover benefit plans that
are actually easy to understand. And teams of ODS Health
Professionals dedicated to your healthy, happy life.
We're looking forward to helping you out.
ODS offers a variety of health plans designed for individuals and
families looking for exceptional healthcare coverage at a price they
can afford.
Plan Highlights
- First-dollar coverage for preventive care

Once the HSA Preferred Plan is paired with a Health Savings
Account you will be able to save for qualified health expenses on a
tax-free basis. The funds in the account are portable and any funds
not used can roll over from year to year. This high deductible
health plan is designed to give individuals and families greater
control of their healthcare services and choices.
The Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan is an individual health
benefit plan available for Oregon residents under
age 65 who are not eligible for Medicare. Eligible individuals
include you, your legal spouse and any unmarried children under age
19 or 23, depending on certain conditions.
